(More customer reviews)It's cheaply priced, because it's a cheaply made garbage. I bought two - small and medium - for my 2 dogs. Both of them were broken when delivered. I returned the items to the seller. This is a discontinued product by manufacturer. Why discontinued? Because they were poor products. Don't buy.
Also be alerted that the seller is not familiar with Amazon transactions. When I contacted the seller to complain that both were broken, they had no clue how they handle the refund. One of the least satisfying transactions on Amazon for me.
