There is no phone number for the manufacturer to call and see what they can do for these 2 faulty collars we have now either! DONT WAISTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

(More customer reviews)I was impressed with these tags when I got them. They were beautiful, well made, and seemed really sturdy. I had problems putting them on the dog collar, so I really thought they would last. However, both my dogs lost these tags within a week. My dogs play/fight a lot, but the previous tags had lasted about 6 years without falling off. Also, they still had their rabies tags which were on the same link. I have looked but could not find them to see the problem. I don't know if they broke off or what.....very upset with the money spent.

(More customer reviews)I bought this collar for my 25 lbs. Boston Terrier and within a month of her wearing it I noticed that the buckle came off. Apparently it was not welded and it was not one whole piece like it should have been. I am glad I noticed it before I put the collar back on because I would have lost my dog. The free charm that comes with this collar is very cheap. Within a few days of my dog wearing it, the crystals in it came off. This has nothing to do with the seller, it is the product that is not the best quality. So beware!

When the wireless fence was set up, the boundary flags placed, and each of the dogs walked around the boundary for just two days, each of the dogs tested the boundary. The collar was set at level 3 and although they ran through, it was uncomfortable for them. After being chased down and returned home the collars were set to level 5. They each decided to test the boundary again. It was the last time! They now play in the yard and do not test the boundary. We no longer have to worry about where they are or when they will return.

Top Dog Spiked Pink Leather Dog Collar 1 3/8 x 18 inch Review

(More customer reviews)i was excited to receive this product for my English Bulldog.
The product description is fairly accurate.
The only problem I have with this product is that the metal part where the buckle is located is a bit too large. It's thick and large and also the strap where you insert the end of the collar in is a bit too close to the buckle. It makes a bit of manuevering but perhaps its because it's leather, thick and still new and needs to be broken in.
I would have given it a 5 star if the metal buckle wasn't so awkwardly large and thick.
But my dog looks pretty good in it... even though it seems to swallow her neck whole for now. But I'm sure she'll grow into it when she doubles her weight!

The collar runs small, my dog usually wears a 10" neck collar but this did not fit and we added a hole to the very edge to make it work until we can get a larger one.
The material is very easily chewed as the pupy got her teeth on it for about 30 seconds when it was on the sofa (not on the other dog!) and she got a few through teetch holes in the leather.

(More customer reviews)Well, my dog has actually only worn this for about two minutes- my husband felt bad for him when he saw how funny he walked with it on. It probably would have worked too, but after he took it off, we haven't put it back on because it's just a pain to do- lots of straps and stuff everywhere- it gets confusing. They should have had the buckles marked- that might have made it easier and more user-friendly and it might actually have been used then.
