(More customer reviews)I chuckled when I read about the other reviewer's experience. Surely, it was just a one time mix up. But notice how they say the replacement was still a WINE BAG. I ignored that part, went ahead and purchased the product. Fast shipping, got here in 2 days. I just opened it up, and they she was... a WINE BAG! I laughed out loud and proceeded to contact an Amazon representative over chat about the incompetence of allowing the same issue to be brought up again, and again, and again! I love Amazon, but I do not like incompetence. The problem is somewhere with the distributor, warehouse, or shipping. Where is QA? Someone should have noticed that the product and the label DO NOT MATCH. Yep, the WINE BAG has the dog leash's item number and description. That is just plain lazy. Shame on you, Amazon!
