But we bought this system and with a little sweat equity (self installation) we have a system as good as the expensive models for a very, very reasonable price.
Our dogs learned the system the same day we installed it. We are still "training" them on it, but they already know that the warning beeps mean a correction is imminent if they don't come back into the yard.
We have three dogs, two of whom are "high energy" (yellow Lab and border collie) and both dogs learned to respect/obey the system in only a few hours. The lab has been very stubborn and hard to train, but we had NO problems introducing him to this sytem, and he does NOT leave the yard now that it's installed.
Two thumbs up. I'd give more if I had more thumbs.
