(More customer reviews)Collar is stiff, especially when new. Easy to adjust. Smaller loop never likes flat but protrudes out quite a bit when leash not in use. Finally, during play, a dog caught her teeth on the buckle area and yelped in pain until she untrapped herself. Price is good.
