(More customer reviews)What was I thinking ordering the extra strong double webbing, 1" wide, with strong steel hardware for large dogs when we actually have two medium size gentle pooches (petite black Lab mix and a small Border Collie pup)? Why did I ask for blazing orange color when our dogs' collars are yellowish sunshine orange and 1" wide when our existing leash is only 3/4" wide? Long story short: the large coupler arrived in a timely manner, the product is well built as described, and it came in a strong, almost florescent orange. It'd be perfect for 2 Rotties or such, but not for us. No problem at all though. The leash lady was very accessible (by phone and e-mail and I exchanged the coupler for a smaller one, lighter built in black that will match any color collar that they might wear. I'm really happy with the product, now we only need to actually teach the pups to run along with us in an orderly manner. We are working on it!
